FAQs

Are personal firearms or ammunition allowed?

Mesa Convention Center policy prohibits firearms and weapons in all venues, except for on-duty law enforcement officers with jurisdiction.

Is there parking at the Mesa Convention Center?

Yes. Complimentary self-parking is available to all convention center visitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is subject to availability.

Are outside food & beverage permitted?

No. Outside food & beverage is prohibited. Food and drinks will be served during the conference and vending machines are available to purchase additional concessions. If you have any special dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead of time by emailing Events@AttorneysOnRetainer.us.

Will Wi-Fi be available at the convention center?

Yes. Wi-Fi will be available for attendees.

Can I bring a guest?

Members may purchase a guest ticket for non-members through the member portal. For children 18 & under, please reach out to Events@AttorneysOnRetainer.us.

Are animals allowed in the convention center?

Service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals, including emotional support animals, are prohibited.

Are there restrictions on bags or purses allowed in the convention center?

No.

Will I be filmed or photographed during the event?

Yes, you may be filmed or photographed during the event.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

There will be designated smoking areas located twenty (20) feet from all facility entrances. Smoking inside the Mesa Convention Center, including, patios, interior docks, stairwells and restrooms, is strictly prohibited.
