Use of our Website does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and AOR or any attorney affiliated with AOR. An attorney/client relationship is formed with The Attorneys For Freedom Law Firm (“AFF”) only after we conduct a conflicts check and receive AFF’s signed Legal Services Agreement.
IV. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SMS MESSAGING
By using our Website, you consent to receive electronic communications from AOR related to our Website, AOR, and AOR’s activities, including communications delivered via email, newsletters, or other electronic means.
SMS Terms
If you voluntarily subscribe to AOR’s SMS messaging services by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive periodic automated text messages from AOR. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of membership in AOR or any purchase.
You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact marketing@attorneysforfreedom.com.
Neither AOR nor participating wireless carriers guarantee message delivery. AOR reserves the right to modify or discontinue SMS messaging services at any time without notice.
V. ACCOUNTS, CREDENTIALS, AND SECURITY
Only current members of AOR are permitted to create a user account to access protected areas of our Website. If you create an account or access protected areas of our Website:

Enforcement of this Section is solely at AOR’s discretion. Failure to enforce this Section in any particular instance does not constitute a waiver of AOR’s right to enforce it in other instances.
Nothing in these Terms creates any private right of action on the part of any third party or any reasonable expectation that our Website will be free of content that violates these rules.
VIII. OWNERSHIP AND LIMITED LICENSE
Our Website and all content therein are owned by AOR or its express licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Attorneys On Retainer, Attorneys For Freedom, associated logos, slogans, product names, and our Website’s look and feel are trademarks of AOR and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and AOR’s names or logos mentioned on our Website are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes, or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by us.
X. FEEDBACK
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit (“Feedback”) may be used by AOR for any purpose without compensation or obligation. Feedback is nonconfidential.
XI. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS (DMCA)
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, notify marketing@attorneysforfreedom.com in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Misrepresentations may result in liability.

The AOR Association Membership Agreement governs membership in AOR, including required payment and other terms.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing, suspend access for non-payment, or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms.
XIV. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Website, accounts, memberships, or related services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason permitted by law.
XV. DISCLAIMERS
Your use of our Website is at your sole risk. Except as otherwise provided in a writing by us, our Website, and any content therein are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AOR, and its contractors, service providers, consultants, successor organizations, and collaborator organizations, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, attorneys, and employees (collectively the “Parties”), will not be liable to you under any theory of liability—whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, or otherwise—for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, punitive, special damages, or lost profits, even if such parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of AOR and the Parties for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Website, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the greater of $5.00.
XVII. GOVERNING LAW, FORUM, AND VENUE SELECTION, WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL
These Terms and the rights and obligations hereunder shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Arizona without regard to principles of conflicts of law. All matters in controversy related to these Terms shall be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdictions of such courts.
YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM, ACTION OR PROCEEDING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATING TO, THESE TERMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
